A deposit of 50% of the quoted price is payable on agreement to go ahead

Deposits paid for commissioned items are non-refundable

All items remain the property of Victoria Scholes until payment in full is received

Any outstanding balances and payments on bespoke or commissioned items must be paid in full within 14 days from notification given by Victoria Scholes

Each ring is handcrafted to suit each individual customer’s size and requirements, and so we do not offer a refund policy for any items. Our aim is to get the design right at the outset in conversation with you.
